PARTICIPATION
· Turkish Chess Federation has the pleasure of inviting your Chess Federation to participate in the World Youth U16 Chess Olympiad 2018.
· All the players who shall not have reached the age of 16 by January 1st 2018 (born 2002 or later) are entitled to participate.
· Each FIDE member has the right to send one team having free board and lodging from November 24th to December 3rd. Each team shall comprise 4 players and 1 reserve (one of whom must be a girl playing at least 3 rounds) and 1 captain (manager, trainer).
· FIDE member federations have the right to send additional teams by paying their costs.
· The deadline for entry is October 26th 2018. We kindly ask all federations to keep this deadline.
· The organizers may accept late entries only in exceptional cases with 100 EUR extra fees per person to be paid.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
· Full board accommodation will be offered in Konya, Turkey and booked by the organizing committee. Free wireless connection to all participants is arranged. For booking information please send an email to:

· Free accommodation and full board will be provided to the invited players from the November 24th (lunch) to December 03rd (breakfast). Invited participants will be accommodated in double rooms.
· Every participant accepted as additional (extra) player and all accompanying persons have to make their registration and bookings through the Organizing Committee.
· Hotel information will be published forthcoming days.
· Rooms will be booked on the principle of FCFS (First Come First Served). All Participants are obliged to stay in official hotels and bookings must be done through the organizers only.
· Hotel payments for all extra players and accompanying persons must be made to the bank account by the registration deadline of October 26th 2018. All payments must be made in Euros (€). No future payments of hotel bills will be accepted. |
